A Selection of Projects

It is my pleasure to write a testimonial for Mr. Chris Taylor of CI Projects. I have worked closely with Chris on many projects at Britax Excelsior Ltd over the last 10 years. These projects have ranged in size from simple decoration of offices to the complete refurbishment of our main reception area. A contract which had an extremely tight deadline, this involved extensive out of hours working to meet the deadline and reduce the disruption to the company. Chris's on hands approach to project management was instrumental in resolving issues and achieving a successful completion on time and to the agreed cost. Each and every project has been handled with the same professionalism and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris to others and have done so on many occasions.

In 2007/2008 Chris Taylor project managed the refurbishment of our integrated medical practice. With landlord, premises requirements to be fulfilled, as well as coping with unexpected asbestos and meeting the clinical healthcare regulations, Chris was frequently presented with a challenge, but nothing phases Chris and everything was completed, to a high standard, on time and within budget. Chris has a ready sense of humour and ability to find a solution to the most seemingly bizarre requests. I do not hestitate to recommend Chris to anyone considering a building project - whether small or large scale.

Mr Taylor has been involved with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for the past five years, during which time he proved himself to be aman of integrity and reliability. He has always had a sound knowledge of the products he has been selling. I am sure you will find him quite satisfactory.

Mr Taylor has for the last 4 years undertaken various contracts for EASAMS Ltd, within the field of Building Services. The work has always been carried out to an extremely high professional standard, always meeting the set deadline, and at all times the monitoring of the work to detail was paramount. I thought it appropriate to write to you to express thanks from Paulene and myself for the support and assistance that you have given us during the recent refurbishment of the facility.
